We source our ingredients from the best local suppliers on the West Coast of Scotland
While we serve a variety of meat, poultry and game dishes from our seasonal menus, it’s our seafood that has put us well and truly on the map and earned us a well-deserved reputation as one of best restaurants in Argyll to enjoy Scottish seafood at its best.

The Freshest Scottish Seafood and Produce

We use only the best fish and shellfish such as haddock and halibut, scallops, mussels, clams and langoustines for our menu and because of our regular pickups of the local Tarbert-landed catch, all our seafood is guaranteed as fresh as possible when it hits your table.

If you fancy an alternative to seafood, we also have a mouthwatering selection of chicken, duck, pork and beef dishes cooked to a very high standard using fresh, local produce wherever possible, accompanied by the freshest, seasonal vegetables. We also grow our own herbs in our herb garden.

  • A&D. Johnson Fishmongers just over the water in Tarbert.
  • Prentice Seafoods (famous for their visit by the Hairy Bikers), who are also from Tarbert.
  • McIntyre Butchers on the beautiful Isle of Bute.
